How many time trackers have you tried that never stuck?

The problem probably wasn't the timer. Most time trackers ask you to maintain another system — projects, tasks, timesheets, approvals and admin that quickly becomes more work than the tracking is worth. StickyWeek starts somewhere simpler: your actual week.

Your tracker should fit the way you work — not the other way around.

Your week is your workspace.

Time tracking that starts with your week — not your timesheet.

Plan visually, track directly from Cards, and move work when plans change.

How it flows

See the work. Track the time. Understand the money.

  1. 1Plan

    See the work

Put the work where you think it belongs. Plans changed? Move it.

  2. 2Open a Card

    Know the job

Time, money and tracking for this piece of work, all in one place.

  3. 3Track

    Track the time

Start the timer or add time afterward. Forgot to start it? Fix it.

4Understand

Understand the money

Where did the time go, and what was it worth? Zoom out to the month, the year or all time, then export a clean PDF instead of rebuilding it in a spreadsheet.

Stay organized

See every Job — and what it actually took.

Compare Jobs side by side, then open one when you want the full story. Don't forget to bill it: invoice state stays beside the work, so extra work and Charges don't disappear.

You're one freelancer. You don't need enterprise workflow overhead.

StickyWeek isn't trying to run a 50-person agency.

It is built to help one person understand their work without turning time tracking into another job.

You won't find:

  • Employee monitoring
  • Approval workflows
  • Sprint planning
  • Utilization targets
  • Resource allocation
  • Layers of permissions

You will find:

  • Your week
  • Your clients
  • Your jobs
  • Your time
  • Your earnings
  • Your history

Enough structure to understand your work. Enough flexibility to work your way.

You're already the freelancer, project manager and finance department. Your time tracker doesn't need to become another department too.

Why I built StickyWeek

The crude system worked. The “proper” tools didn't.

For years I planned my work on a simple weekly board and tracked the numbers separately in spreadsheets.

It wasn't sophisticated.

But I actually used it.

The weekly view made sense because I could see what I was doing, move work around when plans changed, and keep the whole week in my head.

Every more “proper” system seemed to add another layer to maintain.

So I built the tool I wanted all along: the simplicity of a visual weekly board, with time tracking, work history, earnings and statistics built in.

StickyWeek isn't project management software with a timer attached.

It's your freelance week — with a memory.

One plan. Everything included.
