- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Start your free trial without a credit card or any payment details.
- When does the 14-day trial start?
- The first time you sign in and open StickyWeek — not when you register or confirm your e-mail address.
- Will I be charged when the trial ends?
- No. Your trial never automatically converts into a paid subscription. A subscription starts only after you choose a plan and authorize payment.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Choose Annual or Monthly to continue tracking and editing your work. Without a subscription your account becomes read-only — your work stays safe and available to view and export.
- Can I still see my work after the trial?
- Yes. A read-only account can still view everything, export its data and delete the account. Adding or changing work needs a subscription.
- Is Annual different from Monthly?
- No. Both include the same StickyWeek features. Annual is simply the better-value billing option.
- Do subscriptions renew automatically?
- Yes. Once you buy Annual or Monthly it renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
- Does StickyWeek create or send invoices?
- StickyWeek tracks invoice state so you can see what has and hasn't been invoiced. It does not currently send invoices or collect Client payments.
- Can I export reports?
- Yes. StickyWeek supports PDF reporting from Statistics.
